Designed for Practice. Built for People.
About Reflection Rooms
Reflection Rooms was created from first-hand experience of working with clients in a variety of settings — and understanding the impact that environment can have on both practitioner and client.
Originally developed to support counsellors and therapists, Reflection Rooms has evolved into a professional space used by a wider community, including holistic and hands-on practitioners, as well as clinicians carrying out ADHD and autism assessments and other structured, client-focused services.
Built Around Real Practice
The approach behind Reflection Rooms is simple: to provide a space that works in practice, not just in theory.
Each room has been designed to balance comfort, professionalism and functionality — creating an environment that supports therapeutic work, hands-on treatments, structured assessments, and meaningful client interactions.
A Professional Community
Reflection Rooms is more than just a place to work. It is a space where practitioners can feel comfortable, respected and part of a wider professional community.
We recognise that much of this work is done independently, and having a consistent, welcoming base can make a meaningful difference. Practitioners — whether offering counselling, holistic therapies, or clinical assessment services — often value the sense of familiarity, the professional standard of the environment, and the feeling of belonging to a space designed with their work in mind.
Our aim is to create an environment where you feel confident in the space you are working in, and supported in the work you do.
A Space to Support Your Work
Whether you are offering talking therapies, hands-on treatments, assessment services, or working as part of a wider organisation, Reflection Rooms provides a calm, professional base to support what you do.
